Community Hub
The Community Hub will provide a number of supportive services for the precinct including a wonderful 120 place Childcare Centre with nature play facilities, short stay sustainably designed serviced apartments, and food and retail services.
Medical Hub
The Medical Hub plans to provide premium health services including a Private Hospital, Radiology, Specialist Centre and Pathology. There is also a Gallery space for exhibitions and functions, a cafe and a Tranquility Garden.
Wellness Hub
The Wellness Hub will provide a number of ancillary health services, the food and beverage quarter, short stay studios, and a large commons and garden area overlooking the lake. The lake will host a breeding program for native endangered fish.
